ePack allows you to capture transactional floor data from mobile devices that is then summarized through live manufacturing performance dashboards. Giving your team the visualization tools to understand production conditions will allow you to make decisions in real-time.
How does it do it?
ePack keeps track of raw or bulk products being converted into finished units through the production line. It is set up to uniquely use both case and actual weight unit loads to gauge production performance.

Create custom checklists as part of your SOPs to ensure your team goes through all the required process steps before and after production.
Setup Checklist (Sample):
- Are all bulk pallets in the production area?
- Was the ATP PCR swab test conducted and results logged as part of pre-inspection?
- Is the machine set up with the right film, netting, and materials for the product/customer?
- Have labels been set up including the right information?
Post Production Sanitation Checklist (Sample):
- Detach conveyors from main machine body
- Apply selectrocide to all food contact surfaces
- Pressure wash food contact areas without electronics
- Pressure wash floors and use squeegee to run water to trench drains
Save time by having alignment between your forklift drivers and production teams. Collect weight data from bulk or finished pallets either by taking samples from a few cases, or by weighing the full pallet as it is moved back to the rack or out to the dock.
